How to find a Barra?
The places fish are found are called “structures”,for example, a submerged log, weed beds or rocky wall/boulder, are perfect places to find a Barra. Fish seek these places out for ambush.

How to fish using surface lure?
Casting and retrieving the “Rogues and Rogers" is probably the most exciting fishing you will ever do. The “Rogues” are best suited to working little bays with plenty of sticks or eddies. The “Rogue” sits on top of the water and walk the surface like a Beatles, Cicadas or other insects. The feature of the “Rogue” is a blooper action.
